Jared is doing a forward somersault. He thinks this is nothing but fun, until he belly flops or slaps his back on the water!

Summer is here and we have been busy. Lots and lots of swimming and diving. Brooke, Jared and Lauren have once again joined the city swim team and Brooke and Jared are giving diving a try. Brooke thinks diving is the bomb. Brooke has finally found her power and Jared is on her heels. It has been the other way around for the past 4 years. Lauren swims for fun and knows that reading is what she has a gift for. She reads a chapter book every two weeks or so. Tyson is in level 2 swim class and is sure to be on the swim team next year. He has anxiety about the depth of the water so he didn't try out this year. Kade took a preschool class and was udderly bored, but because he is only 3 1/2 they wouldn't let him advance to the next level. Ian is still fine sitting in the stroller while everyone is busy in the water. I don't mind watching it all, but I do mind sweating for 2 hours every morning. We head to Minnesota next week, we'll update when we get back.

Laurel and baby Ian are home and doing well. All the kids my have a mutany against each other as to who gets to hold him more. I think he looks most like Tyson but who knows for now. Here are some pictures of the little guy.
